How much does it cost?
Your domain name, installation, premium theme, basic site population, PayPal integration, email forms, new plugins and innovative add-ons, training (initial and on-going) is $1,000. You have full support for 12 months. The following year, the fee is $500 for the full year.

For the following years, the annual price is $500. That’s just $10 a week (minus 2 weeks) for the domain name(s), web space and continued support.
My support is always available, for as long as you remain my client. I’m just an email or a phone call away.
Is it hard to manage my own website?
If you can manage the basic office applications on a PC or Mac then you already have the necessary skills to manage your site in an hour. Managing the content of your site is like editing a document using Open Office or Microsoft Word.
How do I get face to face lessons?
I’m in Melbourne, Australia about 4 kilometres from the CBD. Seniors and Groups prefer face to face training and you come to my home office or I will come to you. We could also meet in a wireless cafe or at another venue close to the city. If you live a long distance away or you’re outside of Australia, I train you by using website and/or video tutorials. I also use web conferencing when possible – where you can see my screen on your screen.
I’m a slow learner, what if I don’t pick it up in an hour face to face?
You should! But I’m happy to keep up face to face training sessions of an hour, two hours duration, until you feel really comfortable. Training isn’t a hard and fast process, people proceed at their own pace and email or phone for clarification. Tutorials in PDF form are available and I hold regular update lessons for all clients on new technologies and advances. There’s never any cost for any training/refresh/update lessons. I’m just an email away!
How long would I have to spend working on my site?
When you first start it will take you about 2 – 3 hours to set up your own site, depending on the content you wish to upload. The first two hours will be your training session. I will set up the basic site for you and you make changes as you see fit. Once your site is set up, then the time you spend is up to you. Some people spend an hour a week on their site while others spend half an hour a month. It’s your call.

Are there any hidden costs?
No! All costs are upfront.
I don’t want to manage my own site, can’t you do it for me?
Yep, no worries. You don’t want to do it then I’ll do it for you, but your payment would be $80 AU a month. All work you send me via email is guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours.
If I decide to leave, what about my domain name?
If I hold your domain name when you leave, I will transfer it to you. I will also assist you in moving your domain name and your whole site. But I hope you don’t go! Some of my clients have been with me since 2000.
