How much does it cost?
The cost to you for your own self managed site is $20 AU a month payable by invoice through PayPal. I send you an invoice via PayPal each month.
Is it hard to manage my own website?
If you can manage the basic office applications on a PC then you already have the necessary skills to manage your site in an hour. Managing the content of your site is like editing a document using Open Office or Microsoft Word.
How do I get face to face lessons?
I’m in Melbourne, Australia about 4 kilometres from the CBD. If possible, you come to my home office or I will come to you. We could also meet in a wireless cafe or at another venue close to the city. If you live a long distance away or you’re outside of Australia, I train you by using video tutorials. I also use web conferencing – where you can see my screen on your screen.
I’m a slow learner, what if I don’t pick it up in an hour?
You should! But I’m happy to keep up training sessions of an hour, two hours or more, until you feel really comfortable. I hold regular update lessons each month for all clients on new technologies and advances. (There’s never any cost for any training/refresh/update lessons. It’s all covered in your monthly payments)
How long would I have to spend working on my site?
When you first start it will take you about 2 – 3 hours to set up your own site, depending on the content you wish to upload. The first two hours will be your training session. If you prefer, I will set up the basic site for you and you make changes as you see fit. Once your site is set up, then the time you spend is up to you. Some people spend an hour a week on their site while others spend half an hour a month. It’s your call.
What if I get stuck and unsure about something?
Send me an email or phone me. My clients have my private phone number. I can set up a private link from my screen to yours within minutes. You get dedicated support from me.
Are there any hidden costs?
No! All costs are upfront. Your payment of $20 AU a month covers your domain name registration, installation of platform, your choice of designs from over 50 themes or a theme designed especially for you, training, PayPal integration, new plugins and innovative add-ons as available, plus ongoing maintenance and full support. I train you in gaining quality backlinks through Social Media Sites, SEO. I give you marketing ideas with tips and tricks for the small business site owner.
I don’t want to manage my own site, can’t you do it for me?
Yep, no worries. You don’t want to do it then I’ll do it for you, but your payment would be $50 AU a month. All work you send me via email is guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours.
Am I locked into an agreement with you?
Not at all. The agreement is on a monthly basis, you can simply choose not to pay the next month.
What about my domain name?
If I hold your domain name when you leave, I will transfer it to you for the price which I paid. My domain names are approximately $20
